Content generated by Heresai — including AI responses, strategy summaries, admissibility estimates, and form drafts — is general information based on what you enter. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inapplicable to your jurisdiction. Court rules vary by state and county. Always verify deadlines and requirements with the court directly, and have a licensed attorney review anything before you file or rely on it.
Generated form drafts are organizational aids, not official court forms and not e-filings. You are responsible for obtaining the official form from your court, transferring information accurately, and meeting your court's filing requirements.
Your account data is stored in HERESAI's configured production systems, including owner-scoped Supabase tables and private evidence storage. Some browser-only drafts may also remain on your device. You are responsible for backing up anything important and for device security. Heresai's safety features (such as Quick Exit) reduce risk but cannot guarantee safety; if you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
You agree not to use Heresai to harass or stalk any person, to fabricate evidence, to violate a court order, or for any unlawful purpose. Heresai organizes truthful information; it must never be used to misrepresent facts to a court.
Public guides and resources may be available without an account, but app access requires an active paid subscription unless HERESAI grants written beta access. Heresai is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heresai and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including missed deadlines, court outcomes, or data loss.
During beta testing, AI features are available only to users with an active paid subscription. A free-trial or other non-paid workspace may be used for non-AI features, but it does not include AI usage. If included AI usage is exhausted, an active paid subscriber may purchase additional AI tokens through HERESAI Billing. Tokens apply only to AI features, are added after payment is confirmed, and do not replace an active subscription.
These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the "Last updated" date above will change when they do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
